From Training to Practice at PMCH

Follow the route from nursing study and supervised ward training at PMCH to further study or applications for staff nurse posts after qualifying.

Prashant Nursing Training School & College is run by Prashant Memorial Charitable Hospital (PMCH), Muzaffarpur. Its students train on the hospital’s wards as part of their nursing education.

You learn on the hospital’s wards

Your department and ward postings follow your course, year of study and the prescribed nursing curriculum. The college’s nursing faculty and the hospital’s doctors and healthcare staff supervise your clinical training. Working under supervision helps you understand your responsibilities and when to seek guidance during patient care.

The college’s own bus runs between the college, hostel, PMCH and other clinical sites. Read about clinical training.
